By accessing the Website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading digital content, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase products through it.

1. Eligibility

Certain Website features, including access to purchased Web Comics or a personal comic library, may require a customer account.

5. Payment

You agree not to initiate a fraudulent or improper chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights provided by your payment provider or applicable consumer-protection law.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS

6. Digital Products Are Licensed, Not Sold as Intellectual Property

Purchasing a Web Comic, PDF, digital comic, digital artwork, or other digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access or use that product for your own personal, noncommercial use.

Your purchase does not transfer to you any copyright, trademark, character rights, artwork rights, publishing rights, intellectual-property rights, or ownership interest in the underlying content.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Danger Studios and/or the applicable creators, artists, authors, licensors, or other rights holders.

7. Web Comic Access

Certain products may be sold as Web Comics designed to be read through DangerStudios.net rather than downloaded as standalone files.

When you purchase a Web Comic, the purchase grants your customer account permission to access that comic through the Danger Studios Website while that service and content remain available.

A Web Comic purchase does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual Website operation, perpetual hosting, or lifetime availability of an online reading platform unless a specific product description expressly states otherwise.

Danger Studios intends to maintain purchased Web Comic access for customers for as long as reasonably practicable, but websites, businesses, hosting providers, technologies, security requirements, legal requirements, and publishing arrangements can change.

Accordingly, Danger Studios may modify, migrate, replace, suspend, or discontinue its Website, reader technology, account system, digital library, or other online services.

If Danger Studios or DangerStudios.net permanently ceases operation, previously purchased Website-based Web Comic access may become unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the later discontinuation of the Website or an online reading service does not by itself create a right to a refund for digital content that was previously delivered and made available for access.

This provision does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Downloadable Digital Products

Some products, such as PDF editions, may be provided as downloadable files.

Once a downloadable product has been made available, you are responsible for downloading and maintaining your own copy of the file.

Danger Studios may allow files to be downloaded again through your customer account as a convenience, but we do not guarantee indefinite storage, hosting, or re-download availability unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

You are encouraged to maintain a personal backup of purchased downloadable files.

9. Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed, read, copied, or downloaded immediately after delivery, sales of digital products are generally final once access or download has been provided, except:

• When required by applicable law;
• When the product was not delivered or cannot reasonably be accessed because of an error attributable to Danger Studios;
• When Danger Studios expressly offers a refund; or
• As otherwise stated in a product-specific refund policy.

A technical problem should first be reported to Danger Studios so that we have a reasonable opportunity to restore access, correct the issue, or provide the purchased material.

Duplicate purchases or other clear transaction errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Free Digital Products

Danger Studios may make certain comics or other digital products available without charge.

Free content may be added to or removed from the Website or from customer libraries at any time unless otherwise expressly stated.

Providing a product free of charge does not transfer intellectual-property ownership and does not grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit the product.

11. Restrictions on Digital Content

Unless Danger Studios or the applicable rights holder gives you prior written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute purchased content to other people;
• Upload comics or digital files to file-sharing services, torrent services, public servers, social networks, repositories, or other websites;
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lend, or commercially distribute digital content;
• Share account credentials to provide unauthorized access to purchased content;
• Circumvent access controls, security features, download protections, or digital-rights restrictions;
• Scrape, systematically extract, archive, or copy substantial portions of the Website or its content;
• Remove copyright, trademark, credit, attribution, or rights notices;
• Create unauthorized commercial derivative works;
• Use artwork, characters, stories, pages, dialogue, or other protected content in commercial merchandise or publications;
• Represent Danger Studios content as your own; or
• Use Danger Studios content, comic pages, artwork, writing, characters, or other protected materials to train, fine-tune, develop, supply datasets for, or otherwise improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without express written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Normal personal use of legally purchased content is not prohibited by this section.

12. Intellectual Property

The Website and its contents may include copyrighted and otherwise protected material such as:

• Comic books;
• Illustrations;
• Characters;
• Character designs;
• Logos;
• Artwork;
• Stories;
• Scripts;
• Dialogue;
• Photographs;
• Videos;
• Animations;
• Graphics;
• Website designs;
• Branding;
• Product names;
• Written content; and
• Other creative materials.

These materials are owned by or licensed to Danger Studios and/or their respective creators and rights holders.

Nothing on the Website grants any license to use these materials except the limited personal-use rights expressly provided in these Terms or a separate written agreement.

13. Copyright and Infringement

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digital-product refund provisions do not automatically apply to physical merchandise.

15. Shipping

When physical products are offered, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Danger Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs, natural disasters, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Acceptable Use

If a preorder is cancelled entirely and the product will not be delivered, Danger Studios will provide any refund required by applicable law or our stated preorder policy.

25. No Guarantee of Particular Results

Information, stories, artwork, entertainment content, blog posts, interviews, and other material appearing on DangerStudios.net are provided primarily for entertainment, informational, promotional, or creative purposes.

Danger Studios does not guarantee any particular result from using the Website or relying on Website content.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties
