ABOUT Pip

Appears to be around thirty. Slightly shorter than the others with a softer, more approachable presence, Pip’s hair is messy and his clothing slightly ill fitting compared to the polished style seen throughout DeathCo.

Pip often carries a tablet that constantly scrolls names and routing data.

Unlike the others in Crew Chaos, Pip never completely lost his empathy after death. He still notices when someone is frightened, confused, or hurting, a trait the others see as weakness and regularly give him a hard time about.

Their teasing has made Pip self conscious about the part of himself he hasn’t been able to shut off, so he often tries to hide how much he actually cares.

Then Dani shows up.

Her compassion resonates with him immediately. She doesn’t make fun of him for caring. She does something even stranger.

She cares about him.

And for the first time in a very long time, Pip begins to wonder if maybe empathy isn’t his weakness after all.
